Mr. Mohab Mufti has thirty years of experience in the Financial Services industry having worked in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, managing and structuring investments in Global Markets, Structured Finance, Private Equity and Trade Finance.
Currently, Mr. Mufti serves on the Board of Arqaam Capital, a DIFC-based emerging markets investment bank and most recently led an advisory business specialising in cross boarder direct investments. Previously, Mr. Mufti had established Asiya Investments Group’s advisory business in Dubai, developed the asset management business in Hong Kong and led the management of a Commodity Trade Finance Fund.
Prior to moving to Dubai, Mr. Mufti was the CEO of Gulf International Bank (UK) Limited. During his tenure there, he was responsible for the management of bank and client assets of $20 billion.
Mr. Mufti is an alumnus of the JP Morgan Finance Program and has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of East Anglia, UK.
